New Management Structure at IEP Financial

New Management Structure

Due to the successful growth of the business, IEP Financial are to have a new Management Structure. This will see Ian Poysden take up a new role as Chairman following an extended break this summer. He will still be very much involved, primarily looking after his investment clients & continuing to work with IEP’s professional connections and overseeing any possible acquisitions.

Ian will be succeeded as Managing Director by Patrick Spencer and he will manage the business with co-Director David Williamson.

IEP Financial are delighted that Zac Toumazi has recently joined the Board as a non–executive Director. Zac was previously Senior Vice President at Schroder Soloman Smith Barney, Executive Director at Goldman Sachs International, Commercial Director at Surrey and Hampshire County Cricket Clubs & most recently Chief Executive at Sussex County Cricket Club.

His wealth of experience will be most welcome & further strengthen a Board of Directors comprising Nik Askaroff, also a non – executive Director, (and founder and Chief Executive of EMC Ltd), and the IEP Directors Ian Poysden, David Williamson and Patrick Spencer.
