Experience

My role is to look after the day to day running of IEP with my co-director Patrick Spencer. I look after the Operations and Compliance of IEP, supporting our staff with training, ensuring our policies and procedures are fit for purpose and our clients are at the centre of what we do.

I have over 10 years industry experience, having started as an apprentice administrator at Skerritt Consultants in Hove, joining IEP in 2016 as a paraplanner and working through the business to eventually join the Board in 2023. I hold a Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Advice as well as other specialised qualifications in compliance and training as well as project management.

Personal Interests

Outside of work I spend my time slowly renovating my house and garden, tending to my vegetable patch and chasing after my chickens. We also love long walks with our dog, Bertie and socialising with friends. I am also an avid reader.
