IEP Financial Ltd celebrate the return home of their mortgage advice

Mortgage Advice

After a year and a half of outsourcing mortgage advice, Brighton Hove based Independent Financial Advisors,  IEP Financial Ltd,  have gone back to their roots and have employed a new in-house mortgage and protection specialist.

Stefan Olingschlaeger’s career within financial services spans sixteen years. He holds both Cemap and Cefap qualifications as well as experience working as a personal banker, financial consultant and mortgage adviser. Stefan has also has mortgage underwriting experience having worked in this area for eight years.

Specialists in the four key areas of pensions, investments, protection and mortgages, IEP Financial are pleased to now be keeping all these areas of advice under one roof. By streamlining their mortgage advice process – which previously had been diverted through a third party – IEP Financial will now be able to advise on your entire financial portfolio, making for a smoother and more efficient process of advising on financial matters.

This change comes hand in hand with a welcome boost to the current mortgage market. According to the Council of Mortgage Lenders (CML), gross mortgage lending hit £25.7bn in March. This is a huge 59% higher than the same figures from March 2015.

If you feel you could benefit from some mortgage advice and consultation – or indeed advice on any part of your financial portfolio – then please give our Brighton Hove office a call on 01273 208813 or email [email protected]   An initial meeting is held at our cost and with no commitment.
